HardbodyPaul - Yes, JK, doing that much cardio is a neccesity if you are wanting to cut bodyfat. I've even begun to do a bit more already in preperation for summer.

JoanneK - So, what do you do when you have the bodyfat where you want it? Do you ease up on the cardio then?
HardbodyPaul - And, don't forget what I said about small amount of resting between your sets. It keeps you heart rate up.
HardbodyPaul - For me, JK, I have such a high metabolism, that doing too much cardio makes me look really lean, and less bulky, so I have to be careful not to do too much. For you though, it may be a bit different. Just try different things and see how it affects you. It takes a tremendous amount of patience.
TomNine - wb, it'll probably run 600-800 words. Do you have a site-friendly word count in mind?
HardbodyPaul - You may have to do 4 days per week just to maintain your bodyfat % when you are where you want to be.
wb270 - no tom, I'm usually only using the longer more detailed accounts now
JoanneK - So, when I get down to 15%, I'll just have to test my body fat every week to see what I need to do to keep it at 15%.
