wb270 - problem with loosing bodyfat is that women with low body fat either have flat chests or implants
JoanneK - WB, well it doesn't seem to matter to the guys who like FBB's. They don't seem to mind the flat chests as long as the girl has muscle.
Baldy - JK are you thinking of use\ing implants, or have you already got them? I don't think fbb's should have to get them. I think those who didn't get them are just as beautiful.
TomNine - 15% bodyfat isn't really extreme enough to give that gaunt look some fbbs have.
JoanneK - Baldy, my chest size has gone done some. However, I would NEVER get implants.
JoanneK - TN, I know. I don't think I would lose my boobs even when getting down to 15%. Anyway, the recommendation by many is that women should not go below 15%. Too dangerous.

Baldy - I think they are actually stronger in the off season. This allows them to pack on the extra muscle mass that they retain in the dieting. Also, some fbb don't diet correctly and may loose some of the mass.

TomNine - Most of the pros don't deviate too far from competition weight all year, but fill out a little. Those FLEX Power and Sizzle photos are off-season.
