sub - when i used to work out more, i found that type of schedule a little tough on my joints
sub - i liked four on, two off
Woofer - You know what has helped me a lot is using a narrower grip for bench and shoulder press. It works my triceps more but it does not hurt my shoulders at all. I would hurt when I used a wider grip.
sub - shoulders never gave me trouble. it was knees and elbows
