pin me - I used to worry that I fewer could then beat me but now I know that there are some very strong women out there who can really wrestle.

pin me - True, and this is so convenient. It is a Gold's Gym quality facility at the College behind my house.
pin me - Only $425 for a whole year.
pin me - I get my fitness evaluation and program set up tomorrow.
gaily - not bad for a Gold's gym...... the same thing would run about 600 in Chicago
pin me - THe fact that coeds might use the facility had NOTHING to do with my decision of course.

gaily - a lot of young women tend to powerlift...... then as they get older, there are fewer and fewer................................
gaily - yes...... she's a year older than I am.... in fact, she had to leave right after the comp to rush home to take pics of her son as he went to his prom.......

gaily - she did pretty good........I can't remember all of her lifts, though..... I think her best deadlift was around 270 or so......

gaily - there is one in late July..... but I think (as well as Julia) that it's a bit too soon for me to train for it...... besides, I have some family things to do that would interfere with my training
