gaily - not at the moment........ I'm just enjoying lifting.......

gaily - .....I tend to injure myself doing everyday things though.....like twisting my knee while getting out of my car

gaily - a lot of those injuries weren't due to gym activities, though....that's the odd thing about it......

TwoPossums - Add to this I had a new camera that I wasn't sure worked so I brought like one roll of film and took a couple of shots like of a wall to see if the flash worked.

TwoPossums - Like these two georgous girls came up to talk to him. He knew them of course and I kept waiting for him to ask to take some pics so I waited and didn't say anything but he just set up a shoot for tommorow. Good for him and I understand but I missed an oportunity there. My mistake.

TwoPossums - So like if a girl doesn't seem to mind having her photo taken can you ask her for 2 or 3 pics say. I know you have to kinda gage her reaction to the first one but like what is the protocal.
PJ - yeah what you do is if she does a pose right off the bat...just say "how about a different pose now" or how about a relaxed pose now"
PJ - Out of the hundred girls I have photgraphed I can count on one hand the amount that said no
TwoPossums - Ok sounds good. I got into asking for the pose after awhile. I found that they don't pose right away. At least the girls that I said I didn't think competed didn't. Really 3 shot would be great. One relaxed. One double bi and one full body. And if your luck a back shot

PJ - I remember going to my first FBB show about 13 years ago...it was the first WSE...all women BB's...I was amazed
TwoPossums - It was amazing. I've never seen that much fem muscle in one place before. I found a great place to sit for the morning show. Outside as you walk in alot of the girls where out there putting on lotion and practicing. I just sat on a bench and watched.
PJ - what height and weight was the most massive girl there?

Tre' - On the cybex, she was doing 50 *easily* in the pulldowns (the iso-grip one) and then 50 in the rows as well.

Tre' - Yeah, 16 at the most. I'm taking them some Femsport t-shirts next time I go down there. No dumbells at all - they knew what they were doing, but aren't that advanced yet. They did all do bench presses using the Smith machine, tho.

PJ - well We started with nosebreakers(lying tricep estensions)...we did 60 for 15 then 80 for 10 then 100 for 8 then 100 for another 8....at that point her form was awsome and I was struggleing...but manged to keep up...next came reverse grip bench press

PJ - she did 135 x 12; 155x 10; 175 x 8; 195x 6......well here is when I fell behind...I couldnt manage to complet the last 2 sets...I was wiped I maybe got 2 reps to her 8 then 1 to her 6

PJ - then here is the incredible part...after these last two very heavy exercises she says lets do some single dumbell behind the head presses....and then she picks up the 80lb dumbell and startst doing 12 reps! she then gives it to me and I get abo 6 reps....then to my surprise she picks up the 90lb dumbell and does another two sets of 10 reps....I had to go get the 60's and do the same.....UNBELIEVABLE
